  1. As part of our registration process and as a guarantee against any future services or treatments we do ask you provide this credit / debit information again on your 1st visit. This information is held securely and will not be used unless you do not attend an appointment and do not contact us (please note our 24-hour cancellation policy, or you leave without paying. All paid invoices will be forwarded to the email address on record. If you are self-paying (do not have insurance): We ask that you pay on the day of treatment. We are unable to invoice patients or third parties.
  2. If you have insurance with Bupa: We can bill Bupa. You must already have approval for treatment prior to booking your first visit and be aware of any limitations including any excess,   maximum benefit, cost-share, shortfall or termination of policy. Your insurer may inform you that we should invoice them and wait to be notified of anything you may have to pay but as this can be a lengthy and unpredictable process we do ask that you be aware if you have full cover and that you pay shortfalls on the day of treatment. We will be unable to invoice if you cannot provide a membership number and (if applicable) group and/or claim-authorisation number.
  3. We reserve the right to terminate this invoicing/credit service.

  5. If you have insurance with any other insurance company, we ask that you pay on the day of treatment. We will issue an invoice and/or receipt (please ask for duplicates if you require copies for yourself), and you can send this directly to your insurer for reimbursement.
  6. Embassy patients (employees and family) should establish their embassy has an agreement with the clinic prior to booking treatment unless they are self-paying. Within this system we do require letters of guarantee for each and every treatment. As we have a cancellation policy we will cancel your appointment if we have not received this letter 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment. Should your appointment fall on a Monday that would be the Friday before.
